The annual General Meeting of the district will be held at Neath Rugby Club on Monday 23rd august 2010.

Proposals of matters for inclusion at the AGM must be received 14 days prior to the meeting, in writing either to the secretary at 45 Neath Rd Resolven SA11 4AA, or via email (please request a read receipt for your email, if no receipt is received, please take this as non receipt) chris@www.afanneddrugby.co.uk

Annual Election of officers will take place at this meting. Nominations for the positions of Officers in the District Association must be received by the Hon. Secretary no later than 14 days before the Annual General Meeting.  To be valid a nomination must be proposed by one member club and seconded by another member club, and the nominee must be a member of a member club of the District Association.

All member clubs represented at the Annual General Meeting shall be entitled to vote upon each issue upon which a vote is called, on a one club one vote basis.

Also please note that the opening monthly meeting/registration meeting will take place immediately after the AGM.

3. Affiliation fee £60 per club, plus £5 per team.
4. £5 entry fee (per team)  for district cup tournament (Juniors)

The district under 12 squad will continue to train on Wednesdays at Court Herbert until 4th August. Following that there will be an In House Trial on Wednesday 11th August at a venue to be confirmed. Thereafter players will be invited to attend Inter District Talent Identification Trials with Swansea and Bridgend.

On Tuesday August 17th there will be a talent identification trial in the Bridgend area and the following week (August 24th) in the Afan Nedd area.

Training continues on a Wednesday night (6.30-8pm) up until August 11th; following that players will be invited to be part of the talent identification trials against Swansea and Bridgend.

On Monday 16th August there will be a talent identification trial in the Bridgend area and the following week (Monday 23rd) a similar trial in the Swansea area.
