The under 14 squad have their Early Learning Centre session at Llandarcy Academy on Friday 19th February between 6 and 8pm. There isn’t any training for the under 12’s or 13’s this week.
There will not be training on Friday the 26th February as Wales play France on that evening.
Make a note of matches this Thursday (18th) and Sunday (21st) and then keep an eye on the website for further updates; next session is likely to be on Friday 5th March.

The pre Ospreys training group are taking part in a session at Llandarcy today (Monday 15th February) and will be told about further training sessions that are planned for the Tuesday (16th) and Friday (19th).
Players will be invited to take part in fitness testing sessions on Tuesday (16th) between 2 and 3pm and similarly on Friday (19th). Players are requested to bring both trainers and boots to each session.

The under 12’s match with West Carms on Friday 12th February has been postponed because of a lack of player and coach availability on their part. The matches have been re-scheduled for Friday 19th March again at Banwen.
Training Friday 12th February: Under 12’s at Llandarcy for a session from 5pm to 6pm. Under 13’s at Llandarcy for a session between 6pm and 8pm. Under 14’s are not training due to the coaches having work committments; however, all of the under 14 squad are to attend Banwen on Tuesday 16th (see below).
Playing schedule.
Tuesday 16th February at Banwen RFC-players need to arrive 45 minutes before their scheduled kick off-the under 12 and 13 selection will be placed on the website asap; all under 14 players to attend.
Under 12’s Afan Nedd v Bridgend 10am koff Bridgend v Swansea 10.30am koff Afan Nedd v Swansea 11am koff.
Under 13’s Afan Nedd v Bridgend 12 noon koff .
Under 14’s Afan Nedd v Bridgend 1.30pm koff.
No food is provided at these matches however the club will be open and serving food and drinks throughout the day. Players need to come changed and hopefully go home as such (there are only 2 changing rooms there which will be open if needed).
Thursday 18th February at Trimsaran RFC under 13’s v West Carms kick off 12 noon. Players need to arrive by 11.15am; selected team to be announced asap.
Sunday 21st February v Swansea at the Elba Playing Fields in Gowerton:
Under 12’s kick off 1pm-Under 13’s 2.15pm-Under 14’s 3.45pm kick off. Players will be required to attend 45 minutes prior to their scheduled kick off (teams to follow asap). No food will be provided at the end of these matches.
