They are looking for:

Friday 23rd October evening koff an under 19 or under 17 match.

Saturday 24th October midday koff an under 17 or under 19 match.

Sunday 25th October afternoon koff a mixed under17/19 match.

Friday’s session (2nd October) for the under 12 squad will take place at the Llandacry Academy of Sport.

6pm start and finish by 8pm.

Training will be indoors on a rubber crumb surface. Rubber studs or trainers will be ok (NO RUGBY BOOTS).

Players will take part in a variety of activities including some theoretical activities, conditioning activities as well as rugby skills activities. They will be joined in Llandarcy by U12s from Bridgend and Swansea and is the first session of the Ospreys Player Pathway Early Learning Player Development Centre .

Michael, Jordan and Liam have selected the following two squads for Sunday 27th September. The red squad will need to arrive at Llandarcy Academy of Sport (SA10 6JD) by 10am for an 11 o’clock koff with East Carms. While the yellow squad will need to arrive at Heol y Cyw RFC (CF35 6HR) at 10.15am for a triangular match with Bridgend and Pembrokeshire. For the after match meal players are requested to wear a shirt and school/club tie.

Players will be provided with a jersey and if possible they should try and get black shorts. Also red and black hooped socks will be available on Friday evening to purchase for £4 (please try and bring correct money).
